Tactician. Someone who makes a note of all the tactics. Nothing harder than trying to explain them all over again when you can send a simple file to a new member. You get me?

Also 'receptionist' as such. or COMMS as you lads may like to call it, if youre gonna join a league its best to have one person deal with comms between other clans. saves confusion.

When youre playing, theres nothing more annoying than two people talking at once. I never cared who made the call, as long as it was only one person making it. If one person is saying a and the other b, it just pisses everyone off and you lose valuable time. probs best that the person in charge of tactics does this.

These all may seem pretty basic but they are the kinds of things that get ignored instead of...how the tag should look on names, or who is CL and who is DCL etc etc

I suggest that the poster of the month DOES NOT get acces to the clan chat. Since its only ment for clan , not for posters of the month. I geuss you will agree with this.

cl's n dcl's watever u already know who you are but u shud give out titles like ...

[Caller] - calls positions and tactics during match's.
[War aranger] - sorts teams and oponents and time for matches.
[monthly spammer] xD - person who postes most posts in the month.
[biggest help of the month] - person who gives most and best ideas for the clan and it's operations.
[Best player of the month] - biggest help and influential player during match's.
[Man of the match] - every match issue one for the player that did the most to help the team (not always highest score).

Also i think you should conduct competitions for example who can make the best spray or avatar thingy watever it is n the prize can be the recognition that they are CPL at making sprays n wat not.
